Independent Senior Residences

For single adults aged 62 and over who are independent with all Activities of Daily Living, willing and capable of preparing one evening meal a week for five adults, and meet all other criteria for independent living. (Perfect health is not required but residents must be cognitively alert, continent, and not in need of nursing care.)
